Upson Parking Lot Reconstruction

The City of Coldwater Michigan contacted CEI to help reconstruct one of the critical downtown parking lots. Renewing the underground infrastructure, more effective parking, and beautification were all goals that were met with this project. CEI inventoried the existing systems and worked closely with City staff to create a cost-effective solution. We designed the project and monitored the construction. Dealing with petroleum contamination and very old utility systems were some of the challenges our team helped them overcome.
